SHAREHOLDER MEETING Annual Meeting was held 5/15/2011 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Our CPA, Auditors & Securities Attorney participated. NEW MEGANET FACILITY Our new 10,000 sqft facility in Las Vegas is almost ready to go into full production. We have already received all required permits, and once we pass the inspections we'll be able to get our occupancy permit and go into full production mode. It has been in construction for a whole year now and will allow us to populate the facility with up to 120 employees at full capacity and will enable us to construct large vehicular bomb jammers, electronic components and many other products. |
