JULY 21, 1998
July 21, 1998 Meganet
Corporation, the company that challenged Microsoft (NASDAQ:
MSFT), Intel (NASDAQ: INTC), Dell (NASDAQ: DELL), AT&T
(NYSE: T), NCR (NYSE: NCR) and many other high tech companies
with their unbreakable encryption has encountered two massive
attacks on their web servers by a Russian Federation Lab from
the URL "lab1313.chph.ras.ru" which belongs to the
Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. The two attacks,
which involved thousands of hits, have failed since Meganet
Corporation does not keep the source code nor the application on
the servers. The servers includes only publicly available
information.
The attack further demonstrates
the tremendous interest in the VME technology worldwide. The
product is not being sold outside the Continental United States
due to National Security concerns and export regulations.
VME98 (Virtual Matrix
Encryption) is the strongest available encryption product in the
market, including the unbreakable Virtual Matrix Algorithm and a
1 MILLION BIT SYMMETRIC KEY.
In light of last week’s EFF
compromise of the DES algorithm in 56 hours (!) on a single
machine worth under $250k, there is an urgent need for a much
stronger symmetric key encryption that can replace DES. VME98
offers an unprecedented 1 MILLION BIT Symmetric Key Scheme
paired with the unbreakable Virtual Matrix Algorithm.
VME98 is available in 21
different commercial versions and is currently selling
nationwide for over 4 months with clients nationwide. The sales
are made directly through the Meganet Corporation web site at www.meganet.com
. Also, Meganet Corporation is planning to have VME98 in retail
stores nationwide soon.
The ongoing $ 1,200,000.00
challenge is at it’s 4th month with no challenger.
Meganet Corporation started a $ 1.2 Million challenges series
from April 1st, 1998 and on, for 12 months. Meganet
Corporation posts a monthly challenge of $ 100,000.00 for
registered owners of VME98. The challenges emphasizes Meganet
Corporation’s confidence that VME is unbreakable algorithm.
Meganet Corporation has a US
patent pending for VME. The technology uses a new field of
encryption and a new algorithm to encrypt data that is
completely different from any existing methods. VME is the only
algorithm that neither encrypts the data nor transfers it.
By comparing the data to a randomly generated Virtual Matrix, a
system of pointers is created, pointers which are meaningless
outside the context of the matrix to which they belong.
The result is then repeatedly encrypted through a huge variety
of algorithms. Even in the unlikely event of the
algorithms being compromised, the set of pointers is completely
unrelated to the original data, and there is no way to derive
the original data out of the pointers set. Virtual Matrix
encryption paired with a 1 Million Bit Symmetric Key creates the
world's strongest encryption algorithm.
